Adeyinka Aboyade-Cole, age 20, of Amelia, Nebraska, passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at Avera St. Anthony’s Hospital in O’Neill, Nebraska. He was born November 28, 1987 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska, the son of Adedamola and Lorrinda (Meierhenry) Aboyade-Cole.

Adeyinka was born 1 pound 8 ounces, two and a half months early and because of his condition Doctors have learned and gained knowledge that has saved lives of numerous children across the world, and for this we are grateful.

Yinka always welcomed people to talk to him with a smile on his face, bringing joy and laughter to whoever came his way. Yinka and his memories will live on in our hearts, our beloved son and brother.

He is survived by: mother, Lorri Hansen; father, Adedamola Aboyade-Cole; four brothers, Adeola Aboyade-Cole, Ademola Aboyade-Cole, Adetola Aboyade-Cole and Adeyemi Aboyade-Cole; grandmothers, Elizabeth Aboyade-Cole and MaryAnn Nissen and her husband, Gary; aunts and uncles, Ademole and Rosemary Aboyade-Cole, Adeniji and Majiska Aboyade-Cole, Adenike Allen and Allen and Jennifer Meierhenry; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by: his grandfather, Ademola Aboyade-Cole, Sr.; and his step-father, William Hansen.

Funeral services at Christ Lutheran Church in O’Neill, with burial in the O’Neill Cemetery.
