OF BAXTER IS DEAD
Baxter Springs, Kan., April 26.— Mrs. Zella Elizabeth Abbott Eddy, a resident of Cherokee county for 50 years, died at 2:15 o'clock this morning at her home, 805 Cherokee avenue. She had been in ill health for several years and seriously ill since Sunday.
Mrs. Eddy moved to Baxter Springs 25 years ago from Galena. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and the Order of Eastern Star.
Surviving are her husband, Richard B. Eddy; two sons, Richard A. Eddy of California and John G. Eddy of Baxter Springs, and a grandchild.
The body was received by the Harvey funeral home.
