He owned Royal Recreation, a Bowling at 5200 Manistique St near Alter and Warren in Detroit, from 1951 to 1957 (now Royal Skateland). He created Desantis Lanes on Mound in Warren in 1957 and later apparently took over Sunnybrook Lanes at 7191 E 17 Mile from the Sadowski Family. In 1969 he built the Salt River golf course and located on some 110 acres at 33633 23 Mile Road near Baker Road, it opened May 30 1970;
