Death of Mrs. Theodore Keiper
Mrs. Anna Magdalane Keiper, wife of Theodore Keiper, died Friday July 14th, 1905, at their home about four miles south of town. The sickness which caused her death has already been related. She was born May 5th, 1853 at Schuylkill Falls, Penn., near Philadelphia, and her age was 52 years, two,months, and nine days.
Her maiden name was Kerns, and she was married to Theodore Keiper March 30, 1869, who survives her. Four children were born to them, of whom one died in infancy and three are living. Namely John Keiper of Plymouth, Ind., Mrs. Lizzie Abbott, of Rensselaer and Anthony who lives at home. She has been a resident of Jasper county for about 30 years.
The funeral was held Monday at 9 o'clock a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church, and interment was made in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
