Hazel, age 94, of Franklin, TN. and formerly of Birmingham, Al., passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Graveside Services will be Saturday, April 10th at 11:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery. Edwin Crozier of the Franklin Church of Christ will be officiating. She was preceded in death by her parents, Egbert and Nancy Self; husband, Woodrow Mitchell and husband, Hugh Shugart. She is survived by sister, Kathleen Mitchell of Nashville, TN; daughter, Martha Adams (Ronnie) of Franklin, TN; grandsons, Dustin Adams (Ashley) of Kingsport, TN and Brent Adams (Amanda) of Franklin, TN; great-grandchildren, Bryson, Parker, Cooper, Emma Cate and Will Adams; as well as nieces and nephews.
