Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009, at Wahoo Baptist Church for Mrs. Lillian A. Truelove, 86, of Murrayville. The Rev. Verner London, the Rev. Lance Fuller, the Rev. Les Fuller and the Rev. Stephen Adams will officiate. Visitation will be at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Wahoo Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Truelove will lie in state at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
The daughter of the late William D. and Carrie Glaze Abercrombie, she was born in Lumpkin County. She was retired from Belk as a sales associate. She was a member of Wahoo Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Larry D. Truelove.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Ralph Truelove of Murrayville.
