Funeral services for Homer E. Abbott, 821 Sawyer road, who died at his home Tuesday following a long illness, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at 813 Sawyer road. Burial will be in Owen Center cemetery.
Mr. Abbott was born at Manchester, Ia., Nov. 12, 1875. He is survived by his widow, six children; Mrs. Mabel Von Ach, Mrs. Hazel Crimmins, Mrs. Ruth Winnbo, Mrs. Edna Mund, and George and Vern Abbott, a stepson, Harry Whitman, his father, W.C. Abbott, two brothers, and a sister.
