Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off for Freddie J. Acosta, 83, a native of Larose and resident of Cut Off, who died Saturday, Jan. 12, 1991, at 7:25 a.m.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. today until funeral time at Falgout Funeral
Home in Galliano.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
He was the husband of Yvonne Rebstock Acosta; father of Freddie J. Acosta Jr., Rema Chiasson, Phyllis Collins and Gail Guidry; brother of Mack Acosta Jr. and Mae Baldwin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Maximillien and Emelie Gonzales Acosta.
He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Falgout Funeral Homes, Galliano, is in charge of arrangements.
