Ella Bing Adams died Monday at the Hospice of the Golden Isles.
A native of Glynn County, Mrs. Adams served her country in the armed forces as a nurse, and upon leaving the service, she continued to work in nursing in Roosevelt Island, N.Y. Upon retirement, the family returned to Brunswick. Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her husband, John Adams.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. today at Hudson Cemetery in Darien with the Rev. Earl Everson officiating.
Survivors include a sister, Evelyn B. Thomas, and other relatives.
