Mrs. Adams was born on July 31st, 1938 and is the daughter of the late Curtis Odel and Hazel Irene Lee Giddens.

Her family shared that Frances grew up in Camden County, Ga. and played basketball for the Camden County Hurricanes. After graduating from high school, she married the love of her life, Woodrow Adams in St. Marys, Ga. in 1956. She was employed by the local school district and continued to be at home with their children.

Later in life, as her parents were aging, she relocated to Nassau County, FL and continued her work career with Stuckey, Inc. She later worked with Wal-Mart in Camden County, where she retired. Shortly after her mother's passing, Mrs. Adams moved to St. Augustine, where she resided with her oldest daughter. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
