James H. Long died Friday, the 8th, in his 85th year. He was born in Baltimore and came to and settled in Richfield township [Adams county Illinois] in 1832, where he farmed extensively until about twelve years ago, with the exception of a few years' residence in Pittsfield.He removed to Barry [Pike county Illinois], and last summer, he removed to Pittsfield, where his funeral will take place tomorrow, the 20th.
