HOFFMAN - In Odenweldertown (eventually became West Easton), on March 21, 1885, Israel Hoffman, in his 44th year. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services in Odenweldertown, on Wednesday at 2 o'clock p.m. Interment in Hays Cemetery, South Easton.

Father of Caturah Anna Hoffman and Frederick Hoffman.
Grandfather of William Charles Boyer, Marie Ella Boyer and Mary Aurelie Boyer.
Worked for the railroad. His death was as a result of an accident at work. It is reported that he was carried home in pieces.
