Obituary-Funeral services for Thomas Setters, retired Boone County farmer, were held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Burial was in Petersburg Cemetery.

Mr. Setters, who was 68 years old, died Wednesday at the home of his son, George Setters, of Bullittsville. He was a member of Big Bone Baptist Church.

Besides his son, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mabel Abdon, Burlington and Mrs. Lillie May Eckels, Goshen, Ohio; two other sons, Ben, Idlewild and Carl [sic Cal] Garnett Setters of Union; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Feldhaus, Erlanger, and Mrs. Ellen Cunningham, Rising Sun, Ind.; two brothers, Joseph and John, both of Union; 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
