Death of William C. Abbey
William C. Abbey died Saturday night at his home near Crandall after a brief illness of kidney trouble. The deceased was about fifty years old and came to this county from Kentucky about ten years ago. He is survived by his widow, one son and one daughter. The funeral was held from the M.E. church at Georgetown at 10:30 A.M. Monday conducted by Rev. Rodgers, and the body was laid to rest in Wolfe Cemetery.
Mr Abbey was highly respected man and a good citizen.
