June 17, 1918 ~ June 3, 2014

Wynona Kressenberg was born June 17, 1918 in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. She passed away June 3, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She was active in the Dallas Welcome Wagon as well as her Church Womens organization in Lubbock, Dallas and Tulsa. Wynona enjoyed traveling to Cotton Gin Conventions with Bill and loved to entertain. Judy her niece considered her as a second mom after the passing of her own mom. There was always a special bond between the two of them. Sammye Jo was equally special to her. She was always grateful for the years Sammye took care of the 3 Kressenberg clans in Ruidosa. Keith, Barbara and Katie were blessed to have her move to Oklahoma and live her final years close by.

Mom never met a stranger. She loved children and had strong religious beliefs. She had a loving relationship with her husband, "Bill" and helped him with raising their strong willed child, Keith. She also was a true "Texan" even though she was born in Oklahoma.

Preceded in death by her parents, Carrie Ruth and Eual Otto Johnson; husband, Albert Otey Kressenberg "Bill", brothers, Melvin Johnson, Dalen Johnson, Winifred Johnson. Survived by son, Keith Kressenberg, brother, Lloyd Johnson, grand children and many nieces and nephews.
