"Mrs. Ella J. Abnett, 64, died early Tuesday morning, February 13, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Carlos Pugh in this City.
Mrs. Abnett suffered a broken hip when she fell several years ago and had been an invalid for some time. She came to this county from Pennsylvania and before moving to Jackson lived near Rousseau this county, with her son, Rev. John Abnett, then located at Rousseau in mission work. She moved to Jackson with Mrs. Pugh about four years ago.
