Our daughter, sister, and aunt Angela Jesusa Abrego, 52, was suddenly called home surrounded by her loving family.

Angela was born May 30, 1962 to Santiago & Juanita Abrego in Brownsville, TX. When Angela was a year old the family moved to Idaho where she has lived until the day she was called home.

Angela was a special girl who was loved by everyone she met. She was well known for her smiles, hugs, kisses, and waves from the front porch. She loved to show friends and family the projects she made for her mom at "school" and to take flowers to her mom's grave.

She enjoyed listening to music with her brother Leo and we would catch her singing along and tapping her hand on her leg with a smile on her face while looking out the window.

Angela loved her nieces and nephews and loved spending time with them, taking care of them, and playing. She was also their mother figure, calling them her babies.

Angela is survived by her dad, Santiago; brothers, Leonardo (Kerrine) and Santiago (Irma); sisters, Diana and San Juanita (Jose); 15 nieces, 17 nephews, and many great-nieces and nephews; and her MDC family.

She is preceded in death by our loving mother, Juanita Abrego; grandmother, Guadalupe Aguilar Abrego; grandfather, Leonardo Abrego; and niece, Susana Montejano.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Friday, August 1, at Little Flower Catholic Church, 1601 Oakley Ave in Burley. A Viewing for friends and family will be held from 6-8 pm Thursday, July 31, at Morrison Funeral Home, 188 S Highway 24 in Rupert. Angela will be laid to rest next to her mother at the Paul Cemetery, 550 W 100 N in Paul.

Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
