Eddie was a Bath County native. He was a retired Rural Mail Carrier and Owner of Diamond A. Tack.


Eddie is survived by his wife, Wanda Butcher Adams of Jeffersonville; one son, Jimmy Adams of Jeffersonville; one daughter, Jennifer Allen (Steve) of Mt. Sterling; five grandchildren, Dawson Adams, Maggie Adams, Anna Hash, Alyssa Allen and Taylor Allen; one sister, Brenda Holder of Owingsville; one brother-in-law, Andy (Charlotte) Butcher of South Carolina; three sister-in-laws, Phyllis and James Humphries of Poplar Plains, Barbara Oldson of Paris and Wilman and Allen Deatley of Carlisle; one aunt, Nancy Truskowski of Mt. Sterling and his horse show children. Eddie is also survived by several nieces and nephews.


Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Adams and Eulene Copher.
