Heart Attack Fatal To Henry H. Abbott, 55

Henry Hubert Abbott, 55, who resided five miles south of Auburn on State Road 427, died at 7:45 p.m. Friday at the Dr. Bonnell M. Souder hospital in Auburn from a heart attack. Mr. Abbott had been in failing health for six months and entered the hospital three weeks ago.

He was employed as an inspector at the International harvester Co. in Fort Wayne.

Born near Liberty Mills, Ind., on Oct. 14, 1906, he was the son of Mrs. William Wilfong who resides at South Whitley and the late Roy Abbott. Mr. Abbott and Gertie Druge were married at Knox, Ind., on May 26, 1934.

Surviving along with the mother and wife is a son, Richard, at home.

Mr. Abbott was a member of the Church of God at Liberty Mills.

The body was removed to the Gerig funeral home in Auburn where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Jim Fritz, pastor of the Altarstar Methodist church. officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Chapel cemetery.
