NEW HOPE Our hearts are broken, and we pause to thank God for the life of Mrs. Linnie McManus. She departed this life on Friday, Dec. 2, 1955. Heartfelt sympathy goes out to all her loved ones and friends. Mrs. McManus had her home in LaGrange, but she was laid to rest in the Noon Day churchyard cemetery, where her husband was buried. Mrs. Cora Moore and Mrs. Marion Pollard of Burlington, N. C., visited here recently and attend ed funeral services of a sister and aunt Mrs Elizabeth Lovvorn of Wedowee.
