Amos E Raymond, 90, of 811 Amostown Rd., West Springfield, died in St Luke's Hospital, Pittsfield, Tuesday. He was born in Hinsdale and had lived in West Springfield for 56 years. He was employed by the New York Central Railroad for 60 years as a conductor, retiring in 1945. He leaves two daughters, Mrs. James M O'Kane of Stocton, Calif. and Mrs Leland A Shippee of West Springfield, and three sisters Mrs Estella Andrews, Mrs Emily Culver, and Mrs Agnes Stevens all of Hinsdale. The Bartlett-Wellington Funeral home, Dalton, is in charge. Burial will be in Maple Street Cemetery, Hindsale.
