The End Came Peacefully

Charles C. Abbott, the son of Jared Abbott and Frances (Parmlee) Abbott, and brother of Frank Abbott, passed away at the home of his brother last Friday morning at 8 o'clock. As stated in these columns before he had been a sufferer for a long time with locomotor ataxia, and his death was, therefore, looked for.

Funeral services were held Sunday, with Rev. J. Herbert Bainton officiating. Interment took place in Colfax cemetery, with many carriages with occupants following the remains to the grave.
Mr. Abbott was born in Fabius, New York, and was 55 years of age. He was an electrician and has been in charge of the Inland substation line since the line was established. He was a man of genial disposition and leaves behind many friends.
