BARNWELL, S.C.- Violet Zorn Dozier, 72, died Thursday, December 25, 2003 in the Barnwell County Hospital. Born in Barnwell County, she was the daughter of the late Ed and Zera Hair Zorn. She was a member of the Barnwell Church of Christ. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2003 in the Barnwell Church of Christ with burial to follow in the Barnwell Co. Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Mole Funeral Home. Survivors include three sons, Allen Dozier, of Pelion, S.C., Billy Dozier of Barnwell, S.C., George Dozier of Whispering Pines, N.C.; seven daughters, Mickie Still and Rose Joyner of Barnwell, Elaine Sanders, of Aiken, Peggy Smith of Walterboro, S.C., Lily Mae Poston of Darlington, S.C., and Jewel Dew of Conway, S.C., Grace Parrott, of Florence, S.C.; one brother, Dewitt Zorn of Barnwell, S.C.; one sister, Florrie Hook of Barnwell, S.C.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
