He passed away on Friday, May 22, 2015, in Cookeville, TN.
He was born July 20, 1954, in Cookeville, TN, to James Adams and Glenna Brown Adams.
He was married to Laura Heady Adams, who survives.
He was an emergency room RN.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era.
