I have records done by Mattie Lou Holmes who was the Post Mistress at
Tannersville for a long period. She maintained records of deaths of persons in
the area staring in 1905 and continued to 1926.
One of the deaths was Buford Abel with death date of June 1, 1919.)

I have found that she was very accurate in the date of death of many of the
persons I have checked in the cemeteries in the area of Tannersville. Recommend
yu sue this date for Buford.
