Author of "The Blessed Friend of Youth: Saint John Bosco". Father Boyton wrote his first book "Cobra Island" was published in 1922 and his 22nd book "A Circus at Madison Square Garden" was published a year before his death.
Father Boyton was a supporter of the Boy Scout movement and belonged to the Knights of Columbus, the Gallery of Catholic Writers and the Catholic Writers Guild.
