Shirley McAdams, 79, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2015. She was born August 7, 1936 in Rising Sun, Indiana, daughter of the late Fleetwood Taylor and Goldie Mack.
She is survived by her 4 sons, Jimmie Dean (Rhoda) Abbott, Michael Dale (Debbie) Abbott, Terry Lenn (Margaret) Abbott, Danny Lee (Debbie) Abbott; daughter, Sharon Ann (Ronnie) Childress; 2 sisters, Joyce (Don) Everhart, Patty (friend John) Ferriera; 30 grandchildren; 55 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fleetwood Taylor, and Goldie Mack; husbands, Marion Abbott, and Richard McAdams; 2 sons, Marion Abbott, William Abbott; and 5 brothers.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 11am to 1pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 1pm.
Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.
