Dr. W. J. Orlob

Funeral services for Dr. William J. Orlob, Cheney physician and surgeon, were held Thursday at the United Church of Christ in Cheney with the Rev. Charles A. Dittman officiating.

Dr. Orlob died Sunday at Hayden Lake, Idaho.

Survivors include his wife, Blanche, a daughter, Sherrie, and three sons, Milton, Wesley and Douglas, all at the home; mother Mrs. Waldemar J. Orlob, Cheney, and a sister, Mrs. Anita Abegglen, St. Anthony, Idaho.

Dr. Orlob had served as commander of American Legion Post No. 72 and he was a member of Temple Masonic Lodge No. 42.

He was a member of the staff of Deaconess Hospital, Spokane.

Burial was at Spokane Memorial Gardens, with Jerue Funeral Home in charge.
