In addition to his mother, he is survived by 2 sons, Michael A.Adams and fiancé, Katie, and Brandon E. Adams, all of Mocksville; a daughter, Kimberly A. (Brian) Hawks of Clemmons; a brother, Roy A. (Cathy) Adams of Mocksville; 2 sisters, Shirley A. (Landon) Johnson of Mocksville and Margaret A. Honeycutt of Salisbury, 2 grandchildren, Dakota L. Key of Mocksville and Holly R. Hawks of Clemmons, and special best friends, “Spud” and “Pip.”
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, April 13, at 2:00 p.m. at Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Wall officiating. The family will receive at the church from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
The family would like to thank the Heart and Transplant team at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital for their continued care and support.
