David Charles Abbe, 48, of El Reno, OK passed away Monday, August 15, 2006. He was born on July 17, 1958 in Gainesville, TX to Leon and Peggy (Ragsdale) Abbe. He had been living in El Reno for the last 13 years coming from Duncan, OK. He was employed with L & O Pump Company of Oklahoma City for the last 9 years. He enjoyed his job and all his fellow employees. David was well liked by all who new him. He enjoyed fishing, wrestling, NASCAR and was an avid OU football fan.

He was preceded in death by his sister Jerrie Connell and brother Derick Abbe.

He is survived by his daughter Ashley Abbe of Yukon; three grandchildren Ayden, Makayla and Kiley Sanders; parents Leon and Peggy Abbe of Yukon and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces.

Services will be held Thursday, August 17, 2006 in the chapel of Smith & Turner Mortuary. Interment will be in the Yukon cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Smith & Turner Mortuary.
