James Lee Abersoll, age 70, of Burnet, Texas passed away on October 16, 2012. He was born on November 29, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan the son of Marshall J. Abersoll and Luella Trawin.

Our beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather, "Papa Jim" is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Terri and David Floyd of Lampasas, Texas, daughter Lisa and daughter Jennifer Davis of Nicholson, Georgia and daughter and son-in-law Donna and Mark of Commerce, Georgia, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He was a man who quietly touched the lives of many around him with his kind and loving ways. Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. Jeremiah 17:7-8 NIV
