Juanita Jane Trim, 79, life long resident of Elkhart, Kan. died Sunday, Feb. 13, 1994, in Morton County Hospital. Born Feb. 4, 1915 in Protection, Kan., she was the daughter of William Hite and Jesse Estella Holbert Towner. On Oct. 4, 1950, she married Ward David Trim in Clayton, N.M.

Trim was a housewife and had lived in Elkhart since 1939. She belonged to the Bible Baptist Church and Sr. Citizens Organization in Elkhart.

She is survived by her husband, Ward Trim of the home; son, Harold Abbott, Tyrone; daughters, Ruth Ann Edwards, Colcord (sic. Concord) and Erma Jean Robison, Siloam Springs, Ark.; 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Services will be held, Wednesday, Feb. 16, 1994, 2:30 p.m. at the Harrell Chapel/Funeral Home, Elkhart, the Rev. Sherman Raines and Rev. Glenn Conaway officiating. Interment will be in the Elkhart Cemetery, under the direction of the Harrell Funeral Home/Chapel Elkhart.
