She married Levi DeLine, who apparently died between 1900 (when he appeared with the family on the Federal Census in Jerauld County, South Dakota) and 1905 (when Emma was listed on the South Dakota state census as a widow). Emma and their children, Edith and Merle DeLine, moved to Spokane in about 1908.

Regarding the discrepancy between Emma's birth and death dates given here and the ones on her gravestone: the dates stated here are according to her death certificate, which is freely available online at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-67Z7-YV6 . The doctor who filled out her death certificate states that he treated her from 24 April 1928 until her death at 4:25 PM on 3 June of that year. The certificate is marked as having been filed the next day, 4 June, and that her body was scheduled to be interred at Greenwood the following day, 5 June 1928. It is far more likely that the gravestone death date of 1 July is incorrect than that all the dates given on the death certificate are erroneous. Emma's birth date of 8 March rather than 18 March 1857 is likewise given here as on the death certificate. The listed informant for the death certificate is Emma's daughter, Edith, who correctly gave the first and last names of Emma's parents, and presumably knew what her mother's birth date was. On a general note, erroneous gravestone inscriptions are surprisingly common.

All of the above notwithstanding, if anyone finds evidence to the contrary (i.e., that the gravestone date[s] are correct), by all means submit an edit request and send a link to such evidence.
