Lillian was born to John and Marie (Torgerson) Larson in Bryant, SD. Lillian was active in debate and declaim, and was in all the school plays. She was an 1941 graduate of Bryant High School.
Lillian married Lloyd Rasmussen, they are parents of ten chidren. Lloyd died in 1958. She met the challenges of raising a large family alone.
In 1962 she was married to Harry “Hap” Abraham, and together they raised the children on a farm, west of Hazel. They retired from farming in 1990 and czme to Rapid City.
Lillian enjoyed cooking, baking, canning, sewing, quilting, family gatherings.
Lillian is survived by three sons; 3 daughters; including 29 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry Abraham; her first husband, Lloyd Harold Rasmussen; children, Joyce Siedschlag, Roger Rasmussen, Jan Hamilton, and Don Rasmussen; and her sister, Margaret Matteson.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 3 at 10:30 a.m. in the Grace Lutheran Church at Watertown, SD. Graveside services for family members will be at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Henry, SD.
