Samuel “Hank” W. Aaron, age 82, of Meansville, passed away March 15, 2013 at Atlanta Medical Center. He worked as a Fire Fighter for the City of Atlanta for 35 years. After retiring, he worked for Wells Fargo. He enjoyed playing the lottery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Aaron and his step-children, Victor Burbon and Connie Cagle, and twin brother, Wallace Samuel Aaron.

He is survived by his children: sons,of Meansville,and of Tennessee and daughter of Jonesboro; step-children, of Monroe, and of Alabama; a grandson; many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit the family on Sunday, March 17, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Moody Memorial Gardens. Moody-Daniel Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
