James David Abbott of El Reno, age 65, died Friday August 21, 2009. He was born March 4, 1944 in Shawnee, OK to James and Pearl Abbott, graduate of Shawnee Schools, married Carol Daniel in 1964. David was a Baptist and member of the Masonic Lodge # 107of Shawnee. He was a truck driver, drove for Crosby Group of Tulsa for many years and retired from the road in 2006. He had many hobbies, horses, fishing, his garden, but his true love was his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents’, he is survived by his wife of 45 years Carol, one son Wrendall and wife Sherry of El Reno, one daughter Renae Tidwell and husband Shawn of Mustang. Also by one sister Shirley Lane and husband Jack, eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild on the way. Memorial Services will be held 10:00am Saturday August 29, 2009 in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at McNeil’s Mustang Funeral Service in Mustang, Oklahoma
