At the age of 7 she with her parents moved to Thurston Co. Nebr.
She was consecrated to God and the Church by her parents, and was taught the truths of the Christ. The teachings of Jesus affected her life's program all along.
Ethel Neel was married to O. Leonard Adams July 4th, 1911. To this union were born 6 children, all of whom survive her.
Mr & Mrs Adams moved to Martin neighborhood 3 years ago and have made many friends in the neighborhood.
Mrs. Adams desired for her children the very best. She encouraged them in school work and school activities. She encouraged the children to attend Sunday School and Church.
Mrs. Adams was always ready to do her part. God knows why she was taken at this time. God knows. Some day we will all understand.
There remains to mourn the husband, O.L. Adams, 3 boys, three girls, two brothers, Perry E. Neel, Dalton, Nebr. and Glen E. Neel, Rosalie, Nebr. and three sisters, Mrs. Charles Day, Rosalie, Nebr., Mrs. C.O. Fitch, Allen, Nebr. and Mrs. D.H. Hulquist, South Sioux City, Nebr. Also many more distant relatives and a large circle of friends.
We pray Gods care and protection upon the family in this sad bereavement.
Funeral services were conducted at Martin, S. Dak. by Rev. G.H. Harper, pastor of the Presbyterian Church.
Interment was made in the St. Mary's Episcopal cemetery. 8 mi. southwest of Martin.
The family are very grateful for the many kindnesses shown them in the hours of sickness and bereavement.
