Dell was born in Wilcox County Ga. Born to John B.Adams And Ola Smith Adams. Dell grew up and married John Cranford of Pineview Ga. Together they have 5 children.
Dell and John divorced and she moved to Fort Myers Florida where she resided for year's.
Dell met a man named Don Currie whom she loved very much and visceral. Together they built a home in Cloudland Georgia. They traveled, then as years passed they were involved in accident. Don passed from the accident. Long battle but Dell grieving slowly recovering, health failing moved in with her baby daughter, Johnnie. This is how she ended up in Alabama at the time of her death.

Mrs. Wilma Dell Currie, age 81 of Cloudland GA., passed away Friday, April 3rd at her daughter's resident in Cedar Bluff.
Survivors include one son, Richard (Nancy) Cranford of Fort Myers,Fl. Daughter's: Elaine (Eddie)Dentmon of Lake City,Fl.
Johnnie (Dennis)Holder of Cedar Bluff: two brothers, Bo Adams, Jimmy Adams, sister Leola Strickland; 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Mrs.Currrie was a native of Wilcox County,Ga, the daughter of the late John Benjamin Adams and Ola Smith Adams and was of Baptist faith.
A memorial service will be held at the residence at a later date.
