She is survived by her husband, Lavon Purdue, whom she married May 14,1949;one son,William (Kathy)Purdue of Evanville;Daughter-in-law,Carol Purdue of Washington;two sisters;Betty Abel and Erma Lee Shelton,both of Washington;four grandchildren,Tori Purdue, Terry (Bobbi)

She is preceded in death by one son, Terry Purdue, and one brother,Norman Abbott.
