C.M. Abbott, a contractor and an old-time resident of Alamogordo was found dead in his room in the Summitt House Sunday at 1 p.m. Dr. Miller found that there was no evidence of poisoning and the coroner's jury brought in a verdict of heart failure.
The funeral was held Monday afternoon, and the body laid to rest in the Alamogordo cemetery.
He leaves a wife and two children.
