A longtime resident of Anderson, Charles W. Priser, 78, of 4619 Eaton St., died Friday morning at a local nursing home after a long illness.
The native of Frankton had been employed at Delco-Remy Division before his retirement in 1963 after 46 years of service.
He was a member of the Senior Citizens Club, Golden Age Club and Killbuck Retirees Club.
Survivors include his widow, Hazel; a son, Hubert C. Priser of Anderson; two sisters, Iva Yates of Anderson and Bertha Abbott of Frankton; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. at Baker Brothers Funeral Home by Dr. Ted Hurst. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.
