Kevin was employed with Arcadis G&M in the RTP. He was an active member of Parkwood UMC. Kevin served in many capacities in his community including, CubMaster of Pack 495, Assistant Scout Master of Troop 486, being a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow, Eluwak chapter, and served on the Board of Directors for South Durham Little League and Parkwood Athletic Assoc.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Snead-Bruce; sons, Conner Bruce and Duncan Bruce both of the home; mother, Faith Powell Bruce of Waynesville; father, Bill Bruce and wife Joanne of Oak Island; sisters, Kimberly Biggs of Florence, SC and Kathleen Thomson of Moryock, NC; brother, Keith Bruce of St. Augustine, FL and mother-in-law, Jean Snead of Cooleemee.
