Donald E. Abbott, 67, Winamac passed away at 8:17 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 6 at the Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winamac.
He was the son of Arthur L. Abbott and Evea Rinebarger. He married Mary L. Dommer on Jan. 10, 1948 in North Judson.
He was a punch press operator at Eaton Corp., Winamac;; a former farmer and bulk fuel truck driver for Citgo Oil Co. He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Winamac and American Legion Post #71, Winamac.
Survivors include his wife, Mary L. Abbott; daughter, Beverly J Stevenson, Star City; sons, Alan A., Pekin, Ill.; Dean E. and Dale W., both of Winamac; brother, Robert, Star City; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
