Thornton H. Adams, aged thirty-seven, machinist foreman for the Virginian Railroad at Mullens, died at Memorial Hospital early yesterday morning, following an illness of pneumonia. Adams was taken to the hospital last Saturday. He was a native of Roanoke, where his widow and relatives live. Adams was well known in Princeton, having formerly served the Virginian as machinist foreman in the local shops. Funeral service will be held today at Roanoke.
