Funeral services for Dorothy Louise Adams, age 71 of Choudrant, Louisiana and formerly of Lake Providence, Louisiana, will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Grove, Louisiana. Reverend Bill Bearden will officiate. Interment will follow in the Providence Memorial Cemetery in Lake Providence, Louisiana. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove. Visitation will be held from noon until time of services on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Cox Funeral Home in Oak Grove.
Mrs. Adams passed away at her residence in Choudrant, Louisiana after a long illness.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Alexander Moody and Roberta Lee Stroud Moody; 3 brothers: J. W. "Dub" Moody, Clarence "Junior" Moody, and Jesse Wayne Moody; sister, Mary Ann Miller; and nephew, Clarence Moody, Jr.
