Activities: was baptized in the Catholic Church in Central City, in later years attended First Baptist Church in Loup City; was an avid golfer and member of the Loup City Golf Club; was a former bowler, a member of the Elks Club, a honorary member of the Loup City Volunteer Fire Department, president of the Golf Club, a member of the Lions Club, a member of the chamber of commerce and director of the District 23 School Board; was presented a Key Award by the chamber of commerce, 1985, for contributions made to the community.
Survivors include : son, Larry of Goodyear, Ariz.; also daughter-in-law, Kathie of Goodyear; and many nieces and nephews and their families.
