William H. Brown, 42, of 2207 Lincoln St., died Friday at his home. Born in Richland County, he was a son of the late William Robert and Louise Outlaw Brown. He was a member of Earlewood Baptist Church. Surviving are a half sister, Mrs. Emily Shealy of Columbia; and two half brothers, Herman D. Abbott of Moncks Corner and Charles L. Abbott of Winnsboro. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. today in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. C. Wilson Poston. Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel, is in charge,
