ARTHUR PETER PETERSEN
While many of his friends knew of his serious condition, the announcement of the death of Arthur Petersen Tuesday afternoon came as a shock to the community. He was taken ill some time ago while at the home of his uncle, Annis Petersen near the Big Island north of Ord and grew worse so rapidly that it was thought best not to bring him to his home. He was accompanied by his wife and Mr. and Mrs. Petersen and by the nurse, Miss Lyman who had come from Scotia to care for him. His trouble was tumor of the bladder and he grew steadily worse until Tuesday of this week when he died. The remains were brought to Ord yesterday.
