Geoffrey Scott Abraham, 37, passed away Friday, November, 13, 2015, at Riverside Memorial Hospital, Nassawadox, Virginia. He is the son of Lillie Parker (Buddy) from Cape Charles, Virginia and Randy Abraham from Westmont, New Jersey and a special aunt and uncle, Lisa and Christopher Merritt from Cape Charles, Virginia, who were just like his parents. He was a retired Commercial Fisherman. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards, and going to the shooting range. He collected baseball cards and memorabilia since he was a child. His life was truly defined by his love and devotion to his family and friends.

In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by his grandmother Doris Merritt from Cape Charles, Virginia; a sister Angela Merritt Rosa and her husband, Niva, from Cheriton Virginia; a brother, Derek Abraham from Westmont, New Jersey; a brother, Kristopher Abraham from Capeville, Virginia; sisters, Shannon and Laura Merritt from Cape Charles, Virginia; two nieces, Alyssia Abraham from Swedesboro, New Jersey, Heatherlea Elliott from Cheriton, Virginia; two nephews, Hunter Elliott from Cheriton, Virginia, Elijah Merritt from Cape Charles, Virginia; his beautiful dog, Milo, who he loved with all his heart and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Elton L. Merritt Sr. and his step brother, Curly Parker.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Full Gospel Church with Reverend Randy Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in Cape Charles Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to S.P.C.A. Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 164, Onley, VA 23418.
