ALOHA GARDENS-Harold Leon Goss, 87 passed away at his home May 16, 2017.

Harold was born to Tommy and Molly (Johnson) Goss on April 23, 1930 in Cedar Gap, Missouri. He married Ethel Goss on December 13, 1971 in Miami, Oklahoma. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Master Sargent and enjoyed being in the military. He served his country in the Korean War. Harold was a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Sherman, Texas. He enjoyed fishing, crossword puzzles and was a collector of postage stamps.

He is survived by his wife, Ethel (Farris) Goss of Dallas; daughter, Catherine Zellers and husband, Tom of Dallas; 3 sons, Tom Goff and Ron Goss of Missouri and John Seal of Illinois; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Molly Goss and 3 brothers.

Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro, Texas is in charge of cremation arrangements. Graveside Services for interment of ashes will be held Thursday, June 23, 2017 at Cedar Gap Cemetery, Cedar Gap, Missouri.

* Was previously married to Esther Maxine Mumford Goss Wingo. They had one daughter named Brenda Kay. Goss, and she lived only one day.
